To show our appreciation, anyone who completes the survey will be automatically entered into 4 separate drawings for $500. These drawings will be held November 1, November 8, November 15, and November 24. Students who complete the survey before November 1 will be entered in all 4 drawings.

This is a voluntary research study and you can skip any questions that you find objectionable. By participating, you will be providing important information that may help us to prevent serious alcohol and drug related problems on campus.
