  • FSC Women’s Volleyball Team Shines A Spotlight for #DezyStrong Senior Day!

    2021 10 23 08.51.18

    What’s Going On?

Today at 12pm in the Nold Hall Athletic Complex, there will be a women’s volleyball game between Farmingdale State Rams and Ramapo!

This is what the FSC Women’s Volleyball team had to say about today’s game:

“Family, friends, alumni, and other athletic teams here at FSC: we hope to see you all at today’s senior day and DezyStrong match. We are honoring our three seniors: Rachel, Emily, and Madisyn. As well as, fundraising for The DezyStrong Foundation. There will be merchandise sold, raffles, and baskets! The proceeds will help support those in their fight against cancer. Come out to support our seniors and The DezyStrong Foundation.”

This is some information about The DezyStrong Foundation. More details can be found on their website:

“The DezyStrong Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that was established by Matthew “Dezy” DiStefano, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer in February of 2019. In the midst of his own cancer battle, Dezy chose to spread the message of a “Strong Mind. Strong Body” mentality to help motivate and ultimately inspire others. The DezyStrong Foundation is proud to carry on Dezy’s legacy. Our mission is to provide the opportunity for individuals who are fighting cancer to have access to support that affects a positive mental-well being. You can help too.  We encourage you to get involved to support this important initiative.  Whether by making a monetary donation, attending an event, or by volunteering your time, you can help support those in their fight against cancer.” ~~ https://www.dezystrong.org/
