  • FSC’s Nutrition Science Department Celebrates Its First Four Graduates!

    What happened?

    Professors Jack Thomas and Jill Silverman, both from the School of Health Sciences, celebrated the first four graduates from the newly-developed Nutrition Science Department at the 2021 Car-Mencement Ceremony this past weekend on May 22nd. Erin Lettieri and Rachel Phillips each graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and will be attending LIU’s Master’s in Clinical Nutrition program this fall. Karen Hernandez and Lucas Skolkin also graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Science. Karen plans to pursue a career in Functional Nutrition and Lucas is applying to graduate schools to become a Physician Assistant. Congratulations to our pioneer class of Nutrition Science graduates, and to the entire FSC graduating class of 2021!
