Who is Macy Kate?

Macy Kate is a singer who rose to fame when she performed in the first season of the show Rising Star in 2014 when she was 16 years old. Now she is a Solo Recording Artist who posts covers of popular songs and tutorials for make-up on YouTube. When she started her YouTube channel she only had 10 subscribers that consisted of her family and friends who were supporting her music. Once she posted a cover of the song “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons she gained a lot of attention. Years have gone by and now she is 21 years old with over a million subscribers! Her voice is powerful and when she sings it captivates you to make you think that she made the song. Her channel is definitely one to watch and the future is very bright for her career.

told myself all i wanted to do for my 21st birthday was be in the studio making records and to hit 1 million subscribers on @youtube and it came 4 days early. 7 years ago i started the ‘macykatemusic’ channel with no intention of getting views, subscribers, and no intention of anyone even seeing my videos except for my family. was strictly a creative outlet for me to make music and share different renditions of songs and vent out my emotions and creativity when i didn’t know where else to release it. i never would have thought i would be blessed enough to create MY OWN business out of THAT. so blessed. definitely never imagined that 1 million of you would take the time to actually listen and grow with me throughout the years. this is a big milestone for me and i’m so proud of myself, my team, and my family. i owe a lot to @kurtschneider for really taking me from 0-100 in the youtube game. ?? thank you to the ones who have been watching me from day 1. thank you for allowing me to be unapologetically myself with v little judgement (cuz we all got haters let’s be real ?) and THANK YOU FOR 1 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS! i love you. to anyone new, nice to meet you! 2019 is ALL ABOUT ORIGINAL MUSIC. get ready y’all. ❤️
