    Flexible Systems is seeking an Apprentice Help Desk Engineer to join our growing Team in Hauppauge, NY. This is a great opportunity for recent college graduates.

    Main Responsibilities include:
    Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium.

    Qualifications:  Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point
    • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
    • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
    • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
    • Experience with hardware and software issues

    Desired Technical Qualifications:

    • PC Windows, Software and Networking Environments
    • Setup, Configuration, and Diagnostics of both wired and wireless networks
    • System Administration
    • Desktop Email Client Setup and Configuration
    • Remote Access (VPN, Remote Desktop Connection, Terminal Server)
    • Various Software Installations and Data Backup/Recovery
    • Computer Hardware Diagnostics/Installation/Replacement
