The channel was created by WWE Superstar Sheamus as a way for him to change his normal routine and learn about new ways to workout in order to get in better shape and feel better in the ring. Each video demonstrates the regular routines of WWE Superstars, famous athletes, and other people who have great stories and reasons for going to the gym.
Watching the workouts make you feel inspired to change or add to your routine to have a faster and more effective workout. You may even be able to create a new routine that will help you have better results in the future. The videos on nutrition give a lot of information on what you should eat, when you should eat it, and how much you should eat based on the program that is being shown.
