Deadboys Fitness is a functional fitness program that was created by Crossfit Level Two Coach Josh Gallegos and Colby Lopez who is also known as WWE Superstar Seth Rollins. The program consists of daily workouts that can be done by people of all levels to help them reach their desired fitness goals. The type of training that is done here is intense but it is also a fun experience if you set your mind to it. As they say in Deadboys Fitness, “Fitness is about to pick up.”

Deadboys Fitness has two programs that you can join. The original program, Deadboys Fitness, consists of daily challenging combinations of workouts that include cardio movements, kettlebell exercises, gymnastic movements and more. The special program, Deadboys Fitness +, contains the workouts of Josh and Colby where you will be able to see how they train on a daily basis. Deadboys Fitness + includes warm ups and strength components along with two workouts for the day.
