The Report:

Farmingdale State College is introducing a new Leadership Academy! This program aims to empower student development by promoting professional growth, self-discovery, and leadership. By being part of this academy students will be able to gain new life skills and learn the principles on what it means to be a leader. Some of those skills and principles include self-awareness, conflict management, and communication. The Leadership Academy has the potential to be a strong force at Farmingdale State College and we are looking forward to seeing its progress!
