London Adventure: Day Ten!

Journal entry ten (Saturday)

On Saturday morning, we took a boat out to Greenwich to go to the markets. Once we got to Greenwich, we climbed up a hill to see a museum and the meridian line that divides the eastern and western hemisphere. I took pictures with some of my friends, with one foot on each side of the meridian line. This is the first time I can actually say I have been in two hemispheres at once! After the meridian, we did some walking and looked around at the markets. After the markets we went to this Mexican restaurant and order enchiladas for lunch. I do not know if it was because I was hungry, but those enchiladas were very good. After lunch, we went to the Maritime museum. After that, we took the boat back to the dock to take the tube down to Camden to do some shopping. We basically shopped till we dropped for souvenirs. It was such a successful day! After that, we got ready to go out to dinner with a few people. We got the dinner all for free, because we met the chef at hookah bar the previous night who said he would comp everything. He was very nice, and to be honest, I did not think he would have really taken care of the whole bill. I had the salmon and it was so good, and the restaurant was very posh. It was in a very nice area of South Kensington. After that, we took a night bus tour of parts of London after we found out the Ministry of sound, which is a club was closed. Our luck. What is so upsetting, is that I heard that the Ministry of Sound is one of the best clubs in London to go to.  BOO 🙁
