A look back on the spring semester reminds me that there are a lot of things to do around campus at the end of the year.
An overview of the spring semester
Some organizations I was a part of: I got inducted into Sigma Beta Delta (The business honor society). I have been a part of the new Student Government Association as a senator of the school of business. I have been a member of the veterans club.
Events that I have been to: Fundraisers for veteran groups by the Veterans Club. I have been to SUNY Student Assembly, Paint ball with DiGama Omega Xi, The Induction ceremony of Sigma Beta Delta, the Backstage Theater Company showing of “The Breakfast Club” and their whodoneit luau show,
Ramfest, Farewell to Farmingdale and the tough mudder as a group team Farmingdale mudders.
As my senior year is about to start and I watch many of my friends graduate I cant help but think about how this year has been for them and how I will feel at the end of this upcoming school year. I think about what the upcoming semester will bring. I will be the Treasurer of Sigma Beta Delta in
the upcoming year as well as being the president of the Veterans club and possibly a member of the judicial branch of the Student Government Association all of this while learning this whole rambassador thing and having a full load of classes. My future looks jam packed, but I am excited as I think of the new experiences that are to come in my future. We all go to college to gain an education. I am reminded of the cliché “You get what you give”.
