Uncertainty Handling in Artificial Intelligence

Dr. Srinivas Nowduri will define uncertainty as it relates to artificial intelligence and discuss both the applications of artificial intelligence and the issues with the implementation of such technologies. Dr. Nowduri will present a new formalism for uncertainty representation and compare it with existing statistical and logical theories.
The Department of Security Systems and Law Enforcement Technology presents a series of lectures by experts in the fields of criminal justice, law enforcement, and security. All are welcome to attend.
