Go International! The Multicultural Gala Is Back
The campus community is invited to celebrate cultural diversity and FSC’s many ethnic communities at the Multicultural Gala Celebration, “Diversity and Inclusion through the Arts.” It will be a colorful early evening of fun and festivity, with music, dancers, art, poetry and food from around the world.
Students and off-campus performers will offer dance, song, poetry, and instrumental performances. Among the table displays are the Bonsai Society of Greater New York; information about guide dogs; and an art show by Visual Communications students. Dr. Lynn Elfe, academic services associate director at Long Island Educational Opportunity Center (LIEOC), is the keynote speaker.
