Your Classmate May Not Be Eating Today

Did you know that 36% of college students suffer from food insecurity? That means that one out of three of your classmates may go to bed hungry tonight.

You can help by donating to the GiveKindness food drive being held at Greenley Library, Monday, 11/12 – Friday, 11/30. Bring pre-packaged, unopened food in cans, boxes, or plastic jars during regular library hours to the donation bin in the library entrance. Please, no glass, perishables, damaged, or expired goods.

As a bonus, for each donation you make you’ll get a $2 fine reduction on your late fees. Visit the circulation desk for details.

For more information, contact April Earle; 631-420-2295.
