20 Students’ Research Projects Headed to SUNY Undergraduate Research Conferences
April 9, 2018
Nine research projects, developed by 20 FSC students representing the departments of mechanical engineering technology, physics, and architecture & construction management, will be presented at SUNY Oneonta and Monroe Community College next week at their respective SUNY Undergraduate Research Conferences (SURC).
SURC brings together undergraduate students and faculty mentors from across the SUNY system for a day of activities, including sessions devoted to student presentations (oral, performance, artistic displays, and poster), luncheon with keynote speakers, a SUNY Graduate School and Career Fair, and professional development workshops for students and faculty.
Students and their projects, representing the mathematics and visual communications departments, were featured in the March 20 issue of Campus Times.
