It is organized by SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) which challenges all participating students to design and build vehicles to present to a design board composed of automotive engineers, and compete in racing events against other schools. The competition teaches students about the design process, time management, teamwork, communication skills, budgeting, and manufacturing skills. Our team also builds our skills through workshops in subjects such as welding, and CAD. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">To join our team, register on <span style=\"color: #339966\"><a style=\"color: #339966\" href=\"https:\/\/farmingdale.campuslabs.com\/engage\/organization\/ram_motor_sports\">Ram Central<\/a><\/span> and join us Wednesdays from 3:30-6:30 in Lupton 119, and on select Thursdays.
