What happened?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Professors Jack Thomas and Jill Silverman, both from the School of Health Sciences, celebrated the first four graduates from the newly-developed Nutrition Science Department at the 2021 Car-Mencement Ceremony this past weekend on May 22<\/span>nd<\/span>. Erin Lettieri and Rachel Phillips each graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and will be attending LIU\u2019s Master\u2019s in Clinical Nutrition program this fall. Karen Hernandez and Lucas Skolkin also graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Science. Karen plans to pursue a career in Functional Nutrition and Lucas is applying to graduate schools to become a Physician Assistant. Congratulations to our pioneer class of Nutrition Science graduates, and to the entire FSC graduating class of 2021!<\/span><\/h3>\n
