There was a seed that dropped from a tree.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Much bigger than me.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Much wiser than me.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Yet it dropped it\u2019s seed\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

for me to see.<\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Along the tree\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

lived a squirrel.<\/span><\/h4>\n

With its bushy tail<\/span><\/h4>\n

it led a seed trail.<\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The seed sat in the ground\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

and waited a while…<\/span><\/h4>\n

Sitting under the grass<\/span><\/h4>\n

in a dirt pile…<\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The seed was forgotten.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Many years ago.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Until the seed caught root<\/span><\/h4>\n

and began to grow.<\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Little sprout protected<\/span><\/h4>\n

from the feet of mankind.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Stretching out its branches.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Free body, soul, and mind!<\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Now the seed protects man<\/span><\/h4>\n

from the stormy rain.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Under its leaves<\/span><\/h4>\n

does it drop seeds<\/span><\/h4>\n

again.<\/span><\/h4>\n
