Bella Body Ten Day Challenge<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n

What’s going on?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A year ago The Bella Twins started the Bella Body Ten Day Challenge to educate their viewers on the different ways that fitness could be done in all environments. They wanted to show their viewers that in order to improve their fitness levels they did not need a lot of equipment. With the different exercises demonstrated in the videos for each day, The Bella Twins taught their viewers how to change their lifestyles through fitness and grow as individuals. Even though this challenge began a year ago, the lessons and exercises are still helpful to this day and if we listen and pay attention to what is going on we can see the bigger picture.<\/h4>\n
