Her educational background includes a PhD in Business Administration from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncu.edu\/\">Northcentral University<\/a><\/strong>; an MBA from New York Institute of Technology; and a BS in Management from SUNY Old Westbury.<\/p>\n<p>Randazzo-Davis says of her teaching and learning goals: \u201cMy objective is to have students go well beyond an\u00a0understanding of subject content into the realities of application. Her educational background includes an MS in Adolescent Education\/English from Mercy College, and a BA in Journalism from Iona College.<\/p>\n<p>Mignano-Brady\u2019s teaching philosophy states: \u201cIf there is one thing I know for certain, is that our students care when we care. Our students excel when we as educators excel.
