{"id":9112,"date":"2017-02-27T11:45:44","date_gmt":"2017-02-27T16:45:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/campus-times\/?p=9112"},"modified":"2017-03-06T09:23:36","modified_gmt":"2017-03-06T14:23:36","slug":"new-advisers-at-academic-advisement-and-information-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/campus-times\/2017\/02\/27\/new-advisers-at-academic-advisement-and-information-center\/","title":{"rendered":"New Advisers at Academic Advisement and Information Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three academic advisers have been added at the Academic Advisement and Information Center (AAIC).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matthew D&#8217;Angelo has Farmingdale roots, having taught in the sport management department from 2012-2014.\u00a0 He was an adviser at Ball State University, and more recently, Eagle Hill Preparatory School in Massachusetts.\u00a0 Much of his career has been involved in athletics, from men&#8217;s golf coach at SUNY Old Westbury to interning with the U.S. Olympic Committee in 2011.<\/li>\n<li>William Horton-Anderson joins FSC from St. Mary&#8217;s College of Maryland, where he was a career adviser in the college&#8217;s Career Development Center. He is a member of the National Academic Advising Association.<\/li>\n<li>Lauren Bazhdari most recently worked at Hofstra University, where she was Advising Dean.
