{"id":8385,"date":"2017-01-09T14:57:17","date_gmt":"2017-01-09T19:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/campus-times\/?p=8385"},"modified":"2017-01-17T15:14:39","modified_gmt":"2017-01-17T20:14:39","slug":"entrepreneurs-of-the-future-to-compete-at-fsc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/campus-times\/2017\/01\/09\/entrepreneurs-of-the-future-to-compete-at-fsc\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrepreneurs of the Future to Compete at FSC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Friday, 1\/13 and Tuesday, 1\/17, 9 a.m. &#8211; 1 p.m.; School of Business and Roosevelt Hall<\/p>\n<p>More than 1,300 Long Island high school students, representing more than 70 schools, will showcase their \u201cvirtual businesses\u201d at the 6th Annual Long Island Virtual Enterprises Business Plan Competition and Trade Show\u00a0 scheduled for Friday, January 13 and Tuesday, January 17, from 9.a.m. to 1 p.m. at the School of Business (competition) and Roosevelt Hall (trade show).<\/p>\n<p>The top 10 \u201cbusinesses\u201d will go on to the Long Island Business Plan finals in March; the most outstanding will advance to the national competition sponsored by Virtual Enterprises International in New York City in April.
