Eve. His efforts blazed the trail for numerous state statutes, policies, and budgets. He was a steadfast supporter of the EOC\u2019s and ATTAIN project.<\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s LIEOC recipient is Marie E. Velarde, in acknowledgement of having demonstrated integrity, leadership, and commitment to positively impacting the lives of her fellow students and her community.
