This training will support participants\u2019 understanding of mentoring best practices and the program\u2019s \u00a0school- based model. Program policies and expectations will be reviewed and program representatives will answer questions and offer mentor support.\u00a0 This will be the beginning of a collaborative relationship among the program staff, the school and the mentors.<\/p>\n<p>New mentors are encouraged to attend even if they have not yet signed up to become a mentor.
