That&#8217;s where SNAP and the Health &amp; Wellness Center come in.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.benefits.gov\/benefit\/361\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SNAP<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 t<span class=\"ILfuVd\">he Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program \u2013 is the largest federal nutrition assistance program. SNAP provides benefits to eligible low-income individuals and families via an Electronic Benefits Transfer card.
