Overall, FSC is eighth in the state, behind schools such as <span class=\"igc-table-cell-span\">Colgate University<\/span>, <span class=\"igc-table-cell-span\">Cornell University<\/span>, <span class=\"igc-table-cell-span\">The Juilliard School<\/span>, and <span class=\"igc-table-cell-span\">Barnard College<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>For the College Risk-Reward Indicator, LendEDU defined the risk\u00a0of attending a four-year college or university as the\u00a0average student loan debt\u00a0per graduate at that institution. The\u00a0reward\u00a0of attending that same four-year college or university is the\u00a0average early career pay for graduates. Average early career pay is defined as the median salary for alumni with bachelor\u2019s degrees with 0 to 5 years&#8217; work experience.<\/p>\n<p>The study analyzed 798 four-year colleges and universities to find the institutions with the best return on investment for the average student. On average, an FSC graduate&#8217;s &#8220;early career pay&#8221; is $52,500, and loan debt, $10,803. On Long Island, SUNY&#8217;s Stony Brook University placed second, at #167. The only other Long Island school, <span class=\"igc-table-cell-span\">Adelphi University<\/span>, landed at #401.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FSC is top-rated again &#8211; twice.
