Oppressed or marginalized identities often experience an even higher rate of rape, physical violence, and stalking by an intimate partner. Sarl\u00e9 Jeffries shares how &#8211; as an individual with multiple protected characteristics, including ex-military status &#8211; she experienced a legal and social double-standard that failed to hold her attacker accountable. It\u2019s a story of hope, courage, and resilience.
