There will be a ribbon cutting at 11:15 a.m., so you can not only eat hearty &#8216;n&#8217; healthy, you can join the festivities.<\/p>\n<p>Freshens specializes in authentic flavors from around the world, and offers classic dishes such as rice bowls, mac and cheese bowls, fresh salads, and 15 different smoothies &#8211; nine of which are vegan. Come to the ribbon cutting and enjoy free samples. Raffles and giveaways, too.<\/p>\n<p>Freshens hours are Monday &#8211; Thursday, 10 a.m. -11 a.m., smoothies only and 11 a.m. &#8211; 8 p.m., full menu.
