The schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mondays, 1 p.m., beginning 6\/4 at the new amphitheater. Join Amy Stier (ext. 2643) for a slow-paced trek that will still help keep you in shape.<\/li>\n<li>Thursdays, 1 p.m., beginning 6\/7 at the new amphitheater.
