The elements of typography are employed every time a font is chosen for a project, and is often not noticed by casual observers. But type design requires intensive training, dedication to the craft and years to develop expertise.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-12853 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.farmingdale.edu\/sites\/campus-times\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/09\/TypeThursday-300x169.jpeg\" alt=\"Typography\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A reception will be held that evening from 5 &#8211; 7 p.m. in Hale Hall.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the artists lecturing are on view at the Gallery show &#8211; &#8220;What You See Is NOT What You Get&#8221; &#8211; through November 13.
