The 2015 State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) Campaign – \u201c50 Years and Counting\u201d<\/p>\n
The Long Island State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) Campaign Kickoff is October 1, 2015 and will run through December 31, 2015. A SEFA pledge form will be mailed to each employee via campus mail and it is also on the Farmingdale State College website at sefa<\/a>. Both the SEFA pledge form and the Charity List are available on the FSC website. When completing the pledge form on the FSC website, print the form, send Parts I and II to Dr. Veronica Henry, Horton Hall-Room 210 and keep Part III for your records. The Long Island SEFA website address is www.sefanys.org<\/a>. Employees can also make a pledge at giveattheoffice<\/a>. Please remember that you do not need a social security number to complete your pledge form. Use your NYS Employee ID number which can be found on your pay stub.
