Included on the flyer are tips from <em>Tools of Teaching<\/em>, by Barbara Gross Davis.<\/p>\n<p>Among her recommendations: &#8220;There are no universal solutions or specific rules for responding to ethnic, gender and cultural diversity in the classroom&#8230;.
