Please keep the following dates in mind:.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>May 26: All purchases to be made with current-year funds must be entered into the\u00a0 system by this date.<\/li>\n<li>June 23: All P-Card transactions should be made by this date.<\/li>\n<li>June 24: July 6: We ask that no one use their P-card during these dates.<\/li>\n<li>July 7 : Full use of the P-card can resume.<\/li>\n<li>July 14: Accounts Payable must receive all invoices by this date.
