Hoops for Hunger Basketball Tourney This Weekend

Hoops for Hunger is a free, 3-0n-3 basketball tournament that will collect food for the United Veterans Beacon House in Babylon. The cost to play is one canned good or non-perishable food item. The event is sponsored by NYS Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre.

You must register in advance to participate – either on your own team or another team. Email Yaryl Gonzalez or call 631-957-2087, by Thursday, 7/25. Your team will be playing against LI firefighters, police officers, first responders, and community leaders.

Sign-in begins at 10 a.m., and games begin 11 a.m.
