2021 Annual Option Transfer Period Announcement

The 2021 Annual Option Transfer Period and Pre-Tax Contribution Program Election Period (PTCP) for New York State employees is November 30th, 2020 through December 31st, 2020. Employees who wish to request a change during the Annual Option Transfer Period must complete and submit a Health Insurance Transaction Form (PS-404) by December 31st, 2020. Late enrollment provisions for adding family members may still apply. For 2021, Opt Out enrollees are not required to re-enroll in the plan as long as they continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
