As we go through this difficult time together, we want you to know that Campus Mental Health Services remains open and available to provide help. Although our contact with you will be remote, reach out by calling 934-420-2006, or sending an email. We will contact you soon after.
We are providing weekly tips for coping, that may be helpful as we go through this challenging time. Feel free to share them with family and friends.
For this week, consider:
1. Be vigilant, but not fearful.
2. Every day write three positive statements about your life, regardless of everything else going on.
