Virtual Help from Greenley Librarians

April 19 – 25 is National Library Week, and the Greenley Library staff is celebrating by reminding you that they are available – virtually – to help, seven days a week.

Contact them by email: reference@farmingdale.edu. Ask for whatever help you need, or request a phone or screen-sharing demo consultation. Hours of availability are posted on the library homepage of the FSC website.

Library director Karen Gelles is proud of her staff, and says: “Some of our librarians start work from home at 7:45 a.m. Others work weeknights until 11 p.m., or on weekends, to make sure our students and faculty have the same access to help and resources that they would have if the building was open.  They’re actively building our electronic collection so we have a wide variety of resources available from home.”
