Paycheck Update from Payroll Department

Effective 4/29, the factor used to calculate biweekly earnings will change from the Leap Year Factor (366 days) salary calculation, to the Non-Leap Year Factor (365 days) calculation. This will result in a slight change to your paycheck.

All employees in Pay Basis Code ANN are affected beginning with paychecks dated 4/29. Employees in Pay Basis Code CAL and CYF with see this change in September.
