Sherwin-Williams, Nexus Center Sponsor Sales Competition 2020 SUNY Challenge

You’ve heard about TV shows such as Shark Tank and The Apprentice.

Now, Sherwin-Williams and FSC’s Nexus Center for Applied Learning and Career Development are taking that concept and applying it to a collegiate applied-learning entrepreneurship competition.

It’s the Sherwin-Williams Sales Competition 2020 SUNY Challenge, where undergraduate teams from all SUNY campuses will address real business issues and propose recommendations to industry representatives.

Cash prizes of $3,000, $2,000, and $1,000 will be awarded to the three winning teams. In addition, FSC students will receive Applied Learning Graduation Credit for participating.

Teams must consist of two – four members, and have a faculty/staff mentor to serve as team advisor. Click here for application information and competition details. These are the competition deadline dates:

Friday, 1/31 – Intent to Participate Application Forms Due
Friday, 2/28 – Written Expanded Executive Summaries Due
Friday, 3/27 – Competition and Awards Ceremony at Farmingdale State College
