Nurses Taking Care of Themselves

Chi Gamma Nursing Honor Society is sponsoring an event for caregivers whose lives are dedicated to helping others. Now, FSC’s nursing students and all nurses on campus are invited to celebrate National Nurses Week by attending Nurses Self-care Day.

It will be a chance for FSC’s nursing students to “de-stress,” as they receive hand and neck massages, drink herbal tea, and discuss way to minimize stress and promote healing and healthy lifestyles.
