Learn to become a globally engaged, ethical leader by attending the Social Justice/Diversity Summit: “Continuing Difficult Dialogues.”

The program – presented by the Social Science Research Institute Center for Social Justice – promotes the “Four Pillars of Activism: Learning How to Become a Globally Engaged, Ethical Leader.” The four pillars are  leadership, community engagement, advocacy, and activism through social movement.

Said Dr. Miriam Deitsch, director of the Social Science Research Institute: “Every big change begins with small steps, and paraphrasing President Obama, Dr. Margaret Mead, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and countless dedicated others: Change is brought about because concerned people persistently engage.”

For more information, contact Dr. Miriam Deitsch; 631-420-2751.
