Innovation Challenge Receives 2019 Funding
November 19, 2018
Next year’s Innovation Challenge is already off and running, with a $1,500 contribution by e-Fest that will help fund cash prizes.
Sponsored by the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation, the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas, and EIX.org, a non-profit online platform for entrepreneurship education, e-Fest celebrates undergraduate student entrepreneurs that submit the best business pitches in a preliminary online competition.
“It is important that we make Innovation Challenge an annual event, to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration and innovative thinking among Farmingdale students,” said Dr. Betty Feng, assistant professor of business management.
The Innovation Challenge is a School of Business annual event that recruits interdisciplinary teams competing to provide innovative solutions to urgent problems.
