Dental Hygiene Research Symposium features Student Poster Presentation
Senior dental hygiene students will present their posters at FSC’s Dental Hygiene Research Symposium. It’s a great opportunity to learn about dental hygiene topics.
“Sophomore dental hygiene students worked with dental hygiene faculty mentors throughout the summer to develop their research poster’s,” said Dr. Maureen Tsokris, department chair. “The department is extremely proud of their hard work, and we are excited to share their efforts with the campus. Student poster’s will be judged and the winner’s will be provided the opportunity to attend the American Dental Hygienists’ Association annual session to be held in Louisville, Kentucky this year.
“The symposium is made possible by the hard work of Professor Susan Vogell, who oversees the entire event, as well as support from the Auxiliary Services Corporation and the librarians in the Greenley Library.”
The campus community is welcome. Refreshments will be served, and a raffle will be held.
