Constitution Day Lecture Zeroes in on ERA

Professor Michael J. Motta of the Department of History, Politics, and Geography is giving a talk, followed by discussion time, about the Equal Rights Amendment. Professor Motta will explore the amendment process, and how the ERA debate serves as a microcosm of fundamental tensions in Constitutional law and governance.
