Know a Phenomenal Woman? Nominate Her!

To recognize great women across campus, the Office of Student Activities, in conjunction with the Student Government Association, is hosting its first Phenomenal Woman Banquet the end of March.

But Student Activities needs your help. They want to honor 8-12 women from among faculty, staff and students who have contributed to Farmingdale’s success and helped make it “SUNY’s Hottest Campus.”

Fill out this form – Phenomenal Woman nomination – and email it to Lukas Miedreich, Coordinator of Fraternity/Sorority Life & Campus Programming, or send it by interoffice mail to Lukas in Conklin Hall Room 111.
