This Thursday, 2/15, NYS Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre will talk about Black History Month on RAM Nation Radio’s “Around the Dale” show.

“Around the Dale” – which also features news about campus happenings – airs every Thursday morning, beginning at 11:10 a.m.

Assemblywoman Jean-Pierre was elected in the 2014, in Suffolk County’s District 11. She sits on the Economic Development Committee, Mental Health Committee, Local Government Committee, Transportation Committee, and Banks Committee. She is also part of the Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislative Caucus. She is the daughter of parents who migrated from Haiti to the US.

Assemblywoman Jean-Pierre will host the Black History Month event taking place in the Roosevelt Hall Little Theatre on 2/22.
