FSC Hosts Black History Month Awards

FSC and NYS Assemblywoman Kimberly Jean-Pierre have teamed up to bring a celebration of Black History Month to campus.

Awards to 15 Long Island “Barrier Breakers” will be the centerpiece of the event, along with keynote speaker Dr. Calvin O. Butts III, president of SUNY Old Westbury and pastor of Abyssinian Baptist Church, Manhattan.
