Paperless Payroll

You can now opt out of receiving paper pay stubs online. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Sign on to SUNY.edu/HR (Write down your nine-digit NYS ID # found at the top right-hand corner of the screen)
2. Click on NYS Payroll icon to begin the enrollment process
3. Click on “Go Paperless” and choose “I do not want a printed copy…”
