Professor Fighting Cyber Attacks

Dr. Tino Posillico, associate professor in the Criminal Justice and Security Systems & Law Enforcement Technology departments, and Executive Officer of Protect New York think tank here at FSC, is on a panel called “Cyber Attack on Democracy” at “The News Conference: Real & Powerful,” sponsored by the Fair Media Council, 12/5, at the Garden City Hotel.

The panel will highlight the nation’s vulnerability to cyber attacks from domestic and foreign hackers. Other panelists include Michael Balboni, former chairman of the state’s Senate Homeland Security Committee, and N.J. Burkett, reporter at WABC-TV.
