The flyer below provides important information on Diversity and Complexity in the Classroom: Consideration of Race, Ethnicity and Gender. Included on the flyer are tips from Tools of Teaching, by Barbara Gross Davis.

Among her recommendations: “There are no universal solutions or specific rules for responding to ethnic, gender and cultural diversity in the classroom…. Perhaps the overriding principle is to be thoughtful and sensitive….”
