Vicki Janik, Yolanda Segarra Win Awards for UUP Magazine Work

Dr. Vicki Janik, English/Humanities, and Yolanda Segarra, Visual Communications , have won NYSUT and UUP awards for their work on the FSC edition of The Unifier.

Dr. Janik won three NYSUT Best Writing Awards (New York Metro area). Segarra was given the  Award of Merit for General Excellence for her work on the September and October issues of The Unifier, and the Award of Merit, Best Publication Design, for the November issue.
